How long will it take to receive my Chicago Dogs gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During the season, please allow an additional 48 hours for processing high volumes of orders.
What is your return policy for team merchandise?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized jerseys are final sale.
Are the jerseys sold online the same ones the players wear?
We offer both Authentic On-Field jerseys, which are identical to what the players wear at Impact Field, and Replica jerseys for a more casual fan fit.
Can I pick up my online order at Impact Field?
Yes! Select 'In-Stadium Pickup' at checkout to collect your order at the Team Store during home games or regular business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Chicago Dogs digital gift cards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
